Every order is handled with care and as much transparency as possible.

Shipping FAQs

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping. Custom-fitted boxes are ordered for some of our pieces to be shipped securely to you,
hence there is a little longer turn around time.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Original artworks are shipped within the United States and Canada only and are packaged and shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CANADA AND WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE YOUR ARTWORK?
If you live outside of the USA or Canada and would like to purchase artwork, please email us at hello@rachaelryanstudio.co  to see if special arrangements can be made and/or to receive a custom quote. Payment methods are limited to those available in the checkout process for all customers.

WILL INSURANCE AND/OR A SIGNATURE RELEASE BE ADDED TO MY SHIPMENT?
All artworks $1000 USD or over will automatically have insurance and a signature release added to the shipment. If your order is under $1000 USD and you’d like to insure your shipment or add a signature, please send an email to hello@rachaelryanstudio.co right away. If the artwork hasn’t been shipped, an additional invoice with insurance and signature fees will be provided to you. 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES?
The buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling fees. Shipping & handling fees are based on current rates.

I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS! WHAT DO I DO?
At checkout, please verify that your Name & Delivery Address are correct and include your best telephone number where you can be reached should your parcel carrier need to do so. If you see that your information is incorrect after your purchase has processed, please email hello@rachaelryanstudio.co immediately and provide the correct information. We are not responsible for items sent to an address which is incorrectly entered.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order is transferred to the carrier a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

Once the artwork has been transferred to the carrier We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the carrier/shipping service and we are not liable for any damage incurred during or post-delivery.

Returns

CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK I PURCHASE?
All sales of original artwork are final.

I’M UNSATISFIED WITH THE COLORS NOW THAT IT’S IN MY SPACE. WHAT DO I DO?
Color is very reactive to its surroundings and environment. Please be sure to read our descriptions and to look through the gallery representing each piece. Take the time to review the colors on various screens and in different lighting if you are concerned about color variations. I take great care to represent the colors and textures in my work as realistically as possible, to limit any surprises once you receive it. 

We do not allow returns or substitutions of Products or Services.
All sales are final.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipment

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of Products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any Product or Services, please e-mail hello@rachaelryanstudio.co. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) days of receipt (as shown on by our common carrier’s shipping information) and will work with you to communicate with the carrier. Unfortunately though, we have no control of any mishandling that might occur while in transit.


TRANSFER OF TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE:
Title to and/or the risk of loss/damage of all Products passes from us to you at the time we deliver the products to the common carrier for shipment. By purchasing products on the Site for shipment, you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. In doing so, we are providing a service to you and acting on behalf of you. We reserve the right to choose any and all procedures, packaging and the common carrier of sold products. We may not be able to have your order shipped to a post office box, to certain addresses, or on certain days. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple boxes or shipments.
